What To Refund

Paying one-fifth of what is wrongly taken is being merciful to them, for them to go and enjoy life.

How much did they pay for the life that God has given to them?

The Head: None.

You move along the roads and inside the bush, if animal sees you, it runs away.

Can human beings do so by your own power and authority?

The Head: No.

Holy Moses: Whoever that takes what belongs to God, priest or Levite shall pay 100-fifth. It is the will of God that we are doing. We are not doing the will of man. If you keep quiet, tomorrow the same person will come and take another thing.

Did you not hear of these who touched the Ark Of Covenant and died?

The Head: It is true.

Unless the priest or Levite gives to the person a portion, freely. But for a person to come in and take it by his own power and intention, because he feels that it is not right for a Levite, but right for himself, he has to pay 100-fifth. This is because there is no hypocrisy in the worship of God.

Whoever that takes what belongs to the Levites or God, shall pay 100-fifth. People do take what belongs to God, because they do not know that what belongs to God belongs to God, and what belongs to the Levites belongs to the Levites.

The Head: One-fifth is 20%. Therefore, 100-fifth is 20% times 100, which is equal to 2,000%. That is twenty times the value. Let the person pay double for what belongs to his fellow man; and triple of what belongs to God, priest or Levite, because what belongs to the priest or Levite, first belonged to God.
